½ cup rolled oats

⅓ cup oat bran

2 tablespoons dry milk powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

softened

¼ cup honey

1 egg

1 ⅛ cups buttermilk

1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
