Ingredients

15 dates

pitted

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons chopped almonds

or to taste

2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut

or to taste

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 pinch salt

Mash dates together in a bowl until a paste-like consistency. Add peanut butter; mix well. Stir almonds coconut cocoa powder and salt into date mixture. Roll date mixture into balls.
