Zucchini Tortillas

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Squeeze moisture out of the zucchini. Place in a bowl; add egg bread crumbs Parmesan cheese pepper salt and garlic powder. Mix well.

Place four 1/4-cup scoops of mixture onto each baking sheet and press into 5-inch circles.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned 22 to 25 minutes.
