Momma's Potatoes

Ingredients

8 Yukon Gold potatoes

quartered

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

¼ cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

In a large bowl combine the potatoes rosemary oil salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Step 3

Spread evenly onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
