Green Beans with Caramelized Onions

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 (16 ounce) package frozen pearl onions
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut green beans thawed
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Side Dish Step 1 Heat the oil and sugar in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions; cook and stir until tender and golden brown about 10 minutes. Step 2 Mix the green beans with the onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and season with dill salt and pepper.
