Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package Idahoan® Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole

¾ cup chunky-style salsa

1 (8 ounce) can corn

½ cup shredded Mexican cheese

1 (5 ounce) can diced chicken

drained

Tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Prepare Idahoan Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole according to stovetop or oven directions.

Step 2

Add salsa corn cheese and chicken in the last 5 minutes of cook time.

Step 3

Finish cooking until all ingredients are heated through and sauce is thickened.

Step 4

Top with crushed tortilla chips.
