Christian's Crazy Sherpa Potatoes

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 clove garlic

chopped

½ large potato

diced

¼ cup green peas

¼ cup chopped broccoli

¼ cup chopped carrot

¼ cup chopped zucchini

¼ cup chopped green bell pepper

¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Side Dish

Directions

Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat and saute garlic. Stir in potato peas broccoli carrot zucchini and bell pepper. Stirring occasionally cook until potatoes start to brown about 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese.
