Waldorf Salad I

Ingredients

2 cups chopped apples

1 ½ lemons

juiced

¼ cup chopped celery

¼ cup chopped walnuts

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup seedless grapes

halved

½ cup heavy cream

whipped

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl toss together the apples and lemon juice. Stir in the celery nuts raisins and grapes.

Step 2

Fold together the whipped cream and mayonnaise; add to salad and mix well.

Step 3

Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill before serving.
