Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package soft silken tofu

⅓ cup olive oil

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

½ teaspoon rice vinegar

¼ teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons tamari

Italian Herb Infused Olive Oil

Whisk together the tofu and olive oil until a thick mayonnaise like consistency is reached.

Step 2

Add the herbs vinegar salt and soy sauce; mix well and refrigerate.
