Cinco de Mayo - Side Dish
This sweet, yet tangy sauce is a nice complement to ham, or other meats. Raisins are simmered with brown sugar, dry mustard and vinegar.

Raisin Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
⅔ cup raisins
½ cup red wine vinegar
3 ¼ cups water
Side Dish Step 1 In a medium saucepan over low heat combine brown sugar mustard flour raisins vinegar and water. Simmer until thickened about 20 minutes.
