Very easy recipe. I catered an informal wedding for a friend and this was the main dish. It received rave reviews. Serve with rice medley and salad. Good recipe for working folks.

Honey Orange Basil Chicken

Ingredients

¼ cup orange juice

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

½ teaspoon dried basil

or to taste

½ teaspoon grated orange zest

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

8 skinless

boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag mix the orange juice oil honey parsley basil orange zest salt and pepper. Place chicken in the bag seal and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 2

Preheat the grill for medium heat.

Step 3

Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the chicken on the grill and discard marinade. Cook chicken 15 minutes turning once or until juices run clear.
