Banana Butter Icing

Ingredients

¼ cup butter

softened

½ cup mashed bananas

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

3 ¼ cups confectioners' sugar

Cream together butter banana lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy spreadable icing. Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
