Eric's Lemon Frosting

Ingredients

4 cups confectioners' sugar

or more as needed

¾ cup butter

softened

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 pinch lemon zest

or more to taste

Beat confectioners' sugar butter and milk together in a bowl until desired consistency is reached. Add vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and lemon zest; beat until smooth and thick.
