Thai-Style Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons minced ginger root

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

or to taste

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

¾ cup coconut milk

Combine peanut butter soy sauce rice vinegar ginger honey sriracha sauce sesame oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add coconut milk; cook and stir until sauce is thickened to your desired consistency 10 to 15 minutes.
