Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients

1 medium head green cabbage

chopped

1 fresh pineapple - peeled

cored

and cut into small pieces

4 green onions

chopped

1 bell pepper

chopped

⅓ cup white vinegar

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Mix cabbage pineapple green onions and bell pepper together in a large bowl.

Step 2

Whisk vinegar mayonnaise sugar salt and pepper together in a separate bowl; drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.

Step 3

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
