Mock Meatballs

Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup crushed saltine crackers

½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon dried parsley

½ cup egg substitute

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl combine pecans cracker crumbs cheese garlic powder onion powder parsley and eggs. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3

Shape batter into walnut-size balls. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until browned.
