Your kids will love creating and eating these simple snacks. With a little help from an adult, they can make this simple quesadilla with melted mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, and pepperoni.

Ingredients

4 Mission® Kid Size Flour Tortillas with Edible Disney® Tortilla Decals

4 tablespoons marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

shredded

½ cup pepperoni

sliced

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Directions

Step 1

Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on two tortillas. Then sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 cup pepperoni.

Step 2

Optional: Instead of pepperoni add 1/2 cup sliced veggies (mushrooms black olives) sliced or 1/2 cup cooked chicken chopped.

Step 3

Place other two tortillas on top and press down slightly.

Step 4

This step should involve an adult. Place quesadilla in a warmed skillet until cheese melts and tortilla is golden brown.

Step 5

Flip quesadilla over to evenly brown other side.

Step 6

Remove from skillet and allow pizza quesadilla to cool slightly.

Step 7

Cut each pizza quesadilla into quarters.

Step 8

Place Edible Disney®Decals on Tortillas and enjoy (instructions on back of Mission Kid Size Tortilla package).
