Italian Breaded Baked Pork Chops

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

4 thinly sliced

center-cut boneless pork chops

½ cup milk

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour olive oil into a baking dish.

Step 2

Pound pork chops with a meat tenderizer on a firm surface until thin and tender.

Step 3

Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs thyme and rosemary in a second shallow bowl. Dip pork chops into the milk then thoroughly coat with bread crumbs and place in one layer in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until bread crumbs are crispy about 10 minutes per side.
