Easy Lime Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

¼ cup butter

1 pound Brussels sprouts

halved and shredded

1 lime

juiced

or more to taste

1 pinch kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir Brussels sprouts in the melted butter until tender 6 to 8 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over sprouts and season with kosher salt and pepper.
