Creamy Anchovy Dressing

Ingredients

3 eggs

2 (2 ounce) cans flat anchovy fillets

undrained

½ large sweet onion (such as Vidalia®)

sliced

¼ cup water

1 stalk celery

2 tablespoons dry mustard

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

1 clove garlic

1 cup canola oil

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1

Combine eggs anchovies onion water celery mustard pepper and garlic in a food processor; pulse until combined. Pour oils in slowly with the processor running until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
