Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

⅓ cup coconut milk

or to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

½ teaspoon dill weed

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon sea salt

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
