2 cups white sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
