Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon oil from canned anchovies

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon harissa

Bucket of Margaritas

Step 1

Combine mayonnaise anchovy oil lemon juice rosemary and harissa in a bowl. Let stand about 5 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
