Broiler Icing

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup butter

melted

¼ cup cream

1 cup flaked coconut

½ cup chopped walnuts

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine brown sugar butter and cream. Mix in coconut and chopped nuts.

Step 2

Spread icing over cooled cake. Place cake under broiler for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
