This is my go-to vegan icing recipe made with 2 basic ingredients that I always use to decorate Christmas cookies, glaze tea loaves, and even donuts. Trust me, this is absolutely the easiest and most perfect icing!

Basic 2-Ingredient Vegan Icing

Ingredients

1 cup confectioners' sugar

sifted

2 teaspoons lemon juice

16 sugar cookies

Step 1

Combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice in a bowl adding 1 teaspoon at a time until the consistency is not too thick or too runny. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Dip each cookie into the icing; place cookies on a cooling rack until set.
