2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ teaspoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon sumac powder

Place yogurt tahini lemon juice garlic cumin and salt in a small bowl; whisk until combined. Add water and continue to whisk until the sauce has reached the desired consistency. Sprinkle with sumac.
