Roasted Asparagus with Sea Salt and Parmesan

Ingredients

1 pound asparagus spears

trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons butter

melted

1 teaspoon minced garlic

¾ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt

1 lemon

finely zested and juiced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Place asparagus pieces in large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese butter garlic black pepper Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt lemon juice and lemon zest. Toss to coat evenly.

Step 3

Transfer asparagus to baking dish in a single layer. Bake until asparagus is tender and beginning to brown stirring occasionally about 15 minutes.
