Since then I have been hooked and haven't eaten any other type of yogurt since! I include this healthy choice about every second day as part of my breakfast as it is quite filling and I find very satisfying! This treat can be used as a great snack or dessert and is quite high in protein and low in sugar.

Ingredients

½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

2 ounces fresh raspberries

or more to taste

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 drops dark chocolate liquid stevia

Combine yogurt raspberries peanut butter flaxseed meal cinnamon and stevia together in a bowl. Mash with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
