  Peanut Butter and Maple Oatmeal Recipe   
¼ cup steel-cut oats (such as Trader Joe's® Quick Cook Oats)
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (such as Whole Foods 365 Organic Everyday Value®) 
 
 Breakfast and Brunch 
Step 1 Bring water to a boil in a saucepan stir steel cut oats into water and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook until oats are tender 5 to 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute. Step 2 Stir peanut butter maple syrup and brown sugar into oats.
