Scrambled Peanut Butter Eggs

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic

1 teaspoon seasoning sauce (such as Maggi®)

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

or to taste

Step 1

Whisk eggs peanut butter ginger garlic seasoning sauce and sriracha sauce together in a small bowl.

Step 2

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until scrambled and firm about 5 minutes.
