Quick Reuben Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package bow-tie pasta

4 ounces shredded corned beef

4 ounces sauerkraut

3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

3 ounces Thousand Island salad dressing

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil stirring occasionally until cooked through yet firm to the bite about 12 minutes; drain.

Step 2

Mix pasta corned beef sauerkraut Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing together in a bowl until evenly coated.
