No-Mayonnaise Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat sour cream

½ cup buttermilk

½ teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon dried chives

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon dried dill weed

¼ teaspoon onion powder

⅛ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

Place sour cream and buttermilk into a mixing bowl. Season with parsley chives garlic powder dill onion powder salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
