Kielbasa Pasta Sauce

Cook kielbasa sausage in a deep nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms roasted red peppers onion and garlic. Stir and cook until onion is tender about 5 minutes.

Drain grease from the sausage mixture and return to the skillet.

Mix together tomato sauce diced tomatoes tomato paste and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl and pour over the sausage mixture in the skillet. Stir and simmer covered over medium-low heat until heated through about 10 minutes.
