⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

⅓ cup black Greek olives

pitted and sliced

¼ cup chopped parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 anchovy fillets

diced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Step 1

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Meanwhile place sun-dried tomatoes olives parsley olive oil anchovy fillets and garlic in a large serving bowl.

Step 3

Drain pasta. Transfer to serving bowl and toss with the sauce. Serve.
