Ingredients

2 cups uncooked jasmine rice

4 cups water

1 tablespoon grated orange zest

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup slivered almonds

½ cup sliced green onions

Step 1

Place the rice in a saucepan and bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit about 5 minutes.
