2 large skinless

boneless chicken breast halves

cut into bite-size pieces

1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix

1 teaspoon sesame oil

or to taste

½ cup water

½ cup peanut sauce (such as House of Tsang®)

or to taste

1 pinch salt to taste

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir chicken until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear about 5 minutes.
