2 large skinless

boneless chicken breast halves

cut into bite-size pieces

1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ cup water

½ cup peanut sauce (such as House of Tsang®)

or to taste

1 pinch salt to taste
