Recipesfull introduces to you: Cinco de Mayo Recipes. (El Nacionalista Recipe). This is one of the standout cocktails served at the Barrio restaurant in Seattle. It's probably the best non-whiskey cocktail I've ever had. Choose a good quality, smoky mezcal.
