Ingredients

1 ½ cups orange juice

½ large cucumber

2 carrots

1 apple

cored

4 ice cubes

2 leaves kale

½ lemon

juiced

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon ground turmeric
