2 black tea bags

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cardamom pods

1 pinch ground allspice

1 pinch ground ginger

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 pinch ground cloves

1 pinch salt

½ cup almond milk

½ teaspoon erythritol

Step 1

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add tea bags 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon vanilla extract cardamom allspice ginger nutmeg cloves and salt; simmer for 20 minutes. Discard tea bags and strain tea.
