Glen's Cheese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup butter

¼ cup all-purpose flour

⅛ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dry mustard

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

⅓ cup cooking sherry

¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese

¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour paprika mustard pepper and salt. Pour in milk and sherry; cook stirring constantly until thickened.

Step 2
