Reduced Fat Yogurt Ranch Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup powdered buttermilk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried chives

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

2 cups low-fat plain yogurt

Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing

Combine buttermilk garlic powder dill weed parsley chives onion powder pepper and salt in a bowl making sure to break up any clumps. Gently fold in the yogurt until combined being careful not to over mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Pour off any whey before serving.
