Ingredients

1 egg

3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

¼ teaspoon lemon juice

⅜ teaspoon salt

or more to taste

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder

¼ teaspoon ground paprika

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Pour egg confectioners' sugar white vinegar lemon juice salt garlic powder mustard and paprika into a blender; pulse until mixture is frothy.

Step 2

Turn the blender on to low and slowly pour olive oil into egg mixture until dressing thickens and emulsifies.
