⅔ cup orzo pasta

½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

½ cup pitted kalamata olives

½ cup pesto

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite about 11 minutes. Drain.

Step 2
