1 cantaloupe - peeled

seeded

and cut into large bite-sized chunks

1 tablespoon olive oil

or as needed

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese

or to taste

1 pinch fresh mint leaves

or as desired

Step 1
