Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic

minced

2 stalks celery

chopped

1 ½ (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion garlic and celery and cook until soft. Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste stir reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley basil oregano salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes uncovered. Serve.
