Basic Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

¾ cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 cup water

¾ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
