Air Fryer Corn on The Cob Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons crumbled cotija cheese

1 teaspoon lime juice

¼ teaspoon chili powder

2 ears corn

shucked and halved

4 sprigs fresh cilantro

or to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix mayonnaise cotija cheese lime juice and chili powder in a shallow dish.

Step 3

Roll each piece of corn in the mayonnaise mixture until all sides are covered.

Step 4

Place all 4 pieces of the corn in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
