6 pounds pork spareribs

cut into serving-size pieces

1 ½ cups ketchup

¾ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup vinegar

½ cup honey

⅓ cup soy sauce

1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon ground mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
