4 cups confectioners' sugar
5 tablespoons low-fat (1%) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash natural food coloring

Step 1 Beat confectioners' sugar and shortening together in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in milk and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and stiff about 5 minutes. Color with food coloring.
