Ingredients

4 large tomatoes

quartered and grated

4 scallions (green onions)

chopped

1 clove garlic

pressed

2 slices canned jalapeno pepper

finely chopped

½ lime

juiced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

or to taste

¼ teaspoon onion salt

salt to taste

Step 1

Mix tomatoes scallions garlic and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over mixture and add cilantro onion salt and salt; mix well.
